Founded by Casey and Meghan (wife) Schmidt in April 2022, TactEx Recruitment Advisors was born.   The name TactEx derives from the word tactical, and symbolizes the specific and precise nature of recruiting, to find the best talent.

In January 2023, Josh Krueger joined TactEx and became the VP of Operations/Recruiting Manager

Mission

Companies are made up of people.  And both Casey and Josh have an affinity and desire to create success for businesses, and for other people within those businesses.  So, whether it's helping a company's hiring staff find an amazing fit for their team, or whether it's helping an employee find a new fit at a great company, both are rewarding.  We get excited to help businesses grow, and help people find a new home.  Basically, helping find the perfect fit that both parties feel great about.
