TactEx Recruitment Advisors

Founded by Casey and Meghan (wife) Schmidt in April 2022, TactEx Recruitment Advisors was born.   The name TactEx derives from the word tactical, and symbolizes the specific and precise nature of recruiting, to find the best talent.

In January 2023, Josh Krueger joined TactEx and became a Partner. 

Mission

Companies are made up of people.  And both Casey and Josh have an affinity and desire to create success for businesses, and for other people within those businesses.  So, whether it's helping a company's hiring staff find an amazing fit for their team, or whether it's helping an employee find a new fit at a great company, both are rewarding.  And so the mission is to be a connector for success.  We get excited to help businesses grow, and to help employees be a part of that success.
